Ritual Cleansing - Body
It important to bathe prior to the ritual - to cleanse yourself spiritually and physically, and remove the negative energy from yourself.
It is important not to pollute your bath water with any chemicals (IMO). I add a touch of lavendar (for it's cleansing properties) to the bath.
"I cleanse myself so that I may be pure in the eyes of the Lady and the Lord"
